FRANK LUCAS
My Background
Born and raised in Barberton, I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Akron Law School in the top 15% of my class. I served on the Student Bar Association and volunteered my free time to organizations such as the Akron Food Bank and Salvation Army. Before law school, I graduated from Kent State University, earning my B.A. in Paralegal Studies. At Kent State, I was part of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Additionally, I was a part of the Kiwanis Club, the National Honor Society, and the National Youth Leadership Forum. My passion has always been helping people in any way that I can.
I joined the Mendenhall Law Group as a paralegal in 2018 and became an attorney in 2023. During this time with the firm, among many things, I have worked on a significant number of personal injury cases, helped those who were in trouble with abusive creditors, and helped with numerous administrative appeals.
When I am not working, I enjoy performing in community theatre. I have performed in over twenty-five musicals across Northeast Ohio. I was nominated for Best Actor in a Musical for “Broadwayworld’s Regional 2019 Awards.” Apart from theatre and my career, I love going on adventures with my wonderful wife, attending church, and hanging out with my boston terrier.
WHY WORK WITH ME?
My focus is exclusively on my client. I understand that this is a difficult and stressful time. My goal is that my clients know that I am fighting for them, no matter the opponent or the stakes. There is no better feeling in the world than helping someone get back on their feet after a difficult time. I am blessed and honored to work for a firm that genuinely cares about and appreciates its clients.
